For a very limited time we’re bringing a taste of Jack Rabbit Restaurant to your home again with meals nearly ready to eat... all you need to do is finish them off.

Prepared daily by our culinary team, the set box comes packed with all the ingredients needed to whip up some of our signature dishes at-home.

 

- Cured kingfish crudo, verjuice coconut, Davidson plum relish, coriander

- Slow cooked Western Plains Pork Belly, roast apple, radish & snow pea salad, pinot glaze

- Bellarine Beef Fillet Wellington, duxelle mushroom, herb crepe, puff pastry, red wine jus

- Crisp Chat Potatoes, rosemary salt

- Broccolini, preserved lemon & sesame

- Chocolate basque cheesecake, poached blackberries, blackberry gel, lemon mascarpone
