This isn't just another steak on the menu. It's a 600g dry aged Cape Grim tomahawk, cooked on the bone to maximise flavour. Carefully prepared by our chefs and carved to be shared, it's a dish designed for long lunches, memorable dinners and those occasions that deserve something a little more indulgent.


Served alongside a generous spread of zucchini and parmesan fries, roasted garlic potatoes, crisp butter lettuce, house pickled onion and vibrant salsa verde, every element is there to complement the hero of the plate without stealing the spotlight.
