TEAM MEMBERS 

The Jack Rabbit Restaurant has been featured in the Age Good Food Guide 2012 - 2017 and has gained the reputation as a gastronomic showpiece of The Bellarine. 

We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated waitstaff. To be successful, you will need an understanding of the hospitality industry, proven restaurant floor experience, and be able to deliver exceptional customer service that our restaurant is renowned for. This is a fantastic career opportunity for those with a passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.

What you need:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in a A La Carte establishment
- Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Exceptional presentation skills and a passion for delivering a high level of customer service
- F&B experience (food handling, POS skills, drink mixing, events service etc)
- Barista experience desirable
- Be well presented, punctual, enthusiastic and hard working
- Flexibility with rostering a must, good availability and committed to working weekends and public holidays. 
- Casual position

Located in a magnificent waterfront location, The House of Jack Rabbit (Cafe) offers our casual style lunch and dinner menu.
You can also enjoy our Cellar Door/tasting room in the House of Jack Rabbit.

We are currently taking applications for motivated and committed individuals to be a part of our team at House of Jack Rabbit (Cafe).  If you're ready to have some fun, be inspired and work hard, then come along and join the team!

-  Must be quick on feet, show initiative have great communication and learn quickly. Above all, must have an awesome, welcoming personality.
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
-  Working in a busy venue with a highly skilled team
- Table service to a high standard
Offering advice on menu items and accompanying wines
-  A keen interest & Knowledge in the hospitality industry
- Team player who supports and works together
- Coffee & beverage making skills
- General cleaning, open & close procedures
Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
