Executive Chef, Dwayne Bourke, Head Chef, Johnny Visser and the renowned Jack Rabbit culinary team showcase their reverence of fine regional bounty.

ENTREÉ TRIO
A sublime trio of entrees explores the harvest of both sea and earth, diverse flavours pirouetting with grace, paired with two perfectly matched wines to extend the depth of palate experience.

Select one of the three splendid mains, including locally grown Leura lamb, each harmonising with the ultimate wine partner.
