The Winter menu at Jack Rabbit restaurant has been unveiled. Here's a selection of the dishes that you'll find on the stunning Winter Menu.

Confit Purple carrot, broad bean paste, citrus yoghurt, basil nuts and finished with local flowers. Our restaurant manger Martijn likes to partner this entree with a crisp Jack Rabbit Chardonnay.

Restaurant Manager Briony tells us this is proving to be one of the most popular dishes  from the new Winter menu. Truffled risotto roesti, caramelised onion, broccolini, pickled walnuts, goats feta & finished with local wild herbs.
