Join Jack Rabbit Executive Chef, Dwayne Bourke for a Mussel Masterclass (if weather permits, this will be held on ‘The Deck’, Jack Rabbit Restaurant’s spectacular outdoor area which overlooks the renowned Portarlington mussel farms in the ocean below).

See the plump Portarlington Mussels open up and sing as Dwayne’s culinary expertise and showmanship take the stage.

Settle in for an indulgent two course luncheon in our multi-award winning Jack Rabbit Restaurant, featuring an abundance of local produce (all washed down with a complimentary glass of your favourite Jack Rabbit Vineyard wine).
