From our north facing, sandy loam vineyard, an elegant 100% Pinot Noir Rosé. Delicate aromas of rose petals with classic Pinot strawberry, cheery & red currents. Distinctive hints of toffee apple and citrus alongside complexing texture and layered mouth feel with poised acidity. Secondary fermentation techniques in previous Pinot Noir Barriques support and enrich the savoury finesse and substance.
