  The red fruits from the Pinot Noir component are evident in the form of cherry and strawberries then green melon and grapefruit from the Chardonnay appear. Fine bead and a creamy texture result in the wine having great length and balance.
  
  
• 2 x Jack Rabbit Vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blanc
  A sophisticated cool climate sparkling displaying delightful citrus sorbet palate and delicate yeast characters. Barrel fermented and aged, be enchanted by fine beading, gentle mousse and creamy texture. A crisp, astringent finish caps off this much loved diva of the Jack Rabbit stable.

  48 months on yeast lees has resulted in an incredibly complex wine with a fine delicate bead. The layers of brioche and toast coupled with the freshness of apple and just ripe stone fruit are underpinned by crisp mouthwatering acidity all resulting in an immensely satisfying sparkling.
