From our north facing, sandy loam vineyard, an elegant 100% Pinot Noir Rosé. Delicate aromas of strawberry, pear and orchard blossom. Distinctive hints of cherry, toffee apple and citrus provide some roundness on the palate and give balance. Secondary fermentation techniques in previous Pinot Noir Barriques support and enrich the savoury finesse and substance.
