Wedding: Claire & Matt - 26.10.19
We knew we wanted to get married somewhere by the coast. Matt loves to surf and I love being near the ocean. We started researching and immediately knew Jack Rabbit was the venue for us. It ticked all the boxes: sea views, grapevines and country fields! The function space is also so beautiful inside. After we booked, the rest fell into place pretty quickly too. I fell in love with the flowers at As Daisy Does and we knew we wanted the Baker Boys Band to play. Getting closer to the big day, Brandy was incredible. She made my life so much easier. The whole process was stress free and I felt so relaxed knowing everything would just fall into place.
We wanted our wedding to be relaxed and fun, a celebration with our closest family and friends. At the same time, I wanted a bit of a glam vibe. I tried to combine relaxed and glam with my beaded dress which felt slightly 'old hollywood' to me, with an unstructured bouquet full of amazing and varied blooms. The boys went for black chinos and a deep green jacket too rather than the traditional suit. Inside, we kept it pretty simple as we wanted the restaurant space to speak for itself. Simple greenery and tealights completed the tables.
Jack Rabbit Vineyard - everyone was amazing!! Brandy was super organised and made sure the day ran smoothly. We had a day of gale force winds which meant our ceremony location had to change. This wasn't a problem. In fact, our ceremony ended up being more intimate which we loved.
The food at Jack Rabbit was also incredible. All our guests have commented on it. The wait staff were wonderful too. We would recommend Jack Rabbit to anyone and everyone!
