Western Plains pulled Pork Sliders, red cabbage slaw, chilli mayo

ENTREE
Leura Lamb Leg Ragout, pappardelle pasta, peas, mint gremolata

MAIN COURSE
Confit duck leg, white wine jus
Roast Mediterranean vegetables
Green beans, preserved lemon and sesame

DESSERT
Chocolate orange butterscotch pudding, poached strawberries, Chantilly cream
