Special dietary requirements can be effortlessly catered for with prior knowledge. Please mention any requirements when finalising and confirming your booking. Final dietary requirements are due 3 days prior to your reservation.

Should you need to decrease your booking we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
Final numbers are due 48 hours prior.

Credit card details are required to secure all group reservations.
House of Jack Rabbit - We kindly request one person pays the food component of the bill upon arrival. Drinks are then pay as you go via the bar. If you wish to arrange a bar tab please chat to us upon booking.
Jack Rabbit Restaurant - All drinks will be allocated to your table account on the day. We do not split the bill by itemising. We are happy to split your bill over more than one payment, but this needs to be organised amongst yourselves over the bill at the table prior to coming up to our bar to pay.
Credit card fees apply. Visa/Mastercard .90% per transaction, Amex & Diners 1.6% per transaction.
Public holidays
20% surcharge applies to food and beverage on public holidays.
Can we make a speech?
We ask that no speech or presentation occurs during the lunch/dinner unless you have exclusive use of the venue to avoid impacting on other guest’s experience. If you would like to hire the venue for exclusive use, please contact us for further information.
